The Cool Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Substitute
Nice Cloud Vapor is one of the companies that offer flavored e-juice and liquid smokes. Now the U.S. Meals and Drug Management have issued warning letters to an additional ten companies, including Cool Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (conducting business as Puff Bar) warning them to eliminate their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from the marketplace immediately because they don’t have the correct premarket tobacco application in place. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids are favored by young adults, but that young adults should also be protected against the over-selling of the products by adult consumers. According to the FDA’s warning letters, some of the e-liquids in question had no flavor; however, these were being offered accessible in candy bars disguised as a healthy snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a supplement and a sports drink. These statements were misleading, the FDA states, because no FDA regulatory criteria or laws exist to modify health supplements and sports drinks. The company’s application for a non-prescription industry distribution label specifically stated that the product could possibly be used as a supplement. It was not intended for use as a sports drink or an athletic supplement, based on the FDA.
When a customer purchased Puff Bar, he or she should have understood that the merchandise was intended for the intake of candies, not nicotine gum, and that the flavors were added after the manufacturing process. In line with the FDA, Puff Bar included nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical known as atrazine, which certainly are a harmful carcinogen. As the agency says that atrazine will not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging as the ingredients that could cause the product to get misused, if ingested, by children, or a person who shouldn’t be consuming the product.
The FDA says that as the manufacturers did not include appropriate statements or warnings about the potential hazards of the merchandise, the company’s product was misrepresented. A good example of a misrepresentation will be that the merchandise was designed for those who chew gum. Parents of small kids would not elect to give their kids puff bars as a snack. They might probably think that the merchandise was more dangerous when compared to a candy bar. The only method to ensure that consumers do not become victims of false advertising and marketing is to strictly regulate the generation of e-liquids. Manufacturers cannot use vague language or symbols on labels or packaging that suggest that a product is acceptable for sale when it is not really.
Puff Bar was one of the e-liquids manufactured by Nice Cloud Vapor Company. The company had other e-juice goods including several premium brands, a number of which had an array of what flavors do puff bars come in. When I purchased my Awesome Cloud Vaporizer, I was looking to purchase a product that didn’t have any flavorings inside it and therefore did not appeal to me. I was wrong.
Upon opening the box, I noticed that the puff container looked a lot like the container for an everyday cigarette. It also held a fairly massive amount nicotine, which managed to get difficult to hold onto while smoking because the entire oral cavity of the disposable device was filled up with the whitish color of smoking. I looked at the ingredients checklist for Puff Bar and found that it contained exactly the same things that I have arrived at expect from all of Cool Cloud’s other products: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only real difference between this product and the other products was that this product did not comprise any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device in to the baggie provided by Cool Cools Vaporizer, I pressed underneath of the mouthpiece smoothly on my lips to begin smoking immediately. Right away, my throat hit a good warm spot on the back of my throat that was not existing during smoking any traditional cigarettes. My next puff sent a rush of taste through my lips which lasted only for a second and then my throat hit another hot spot that lasted just a couple of seconds. I exhaled gradually while my eyes scanned the area for any sign of smoke. No cigar, no pop-can, only ash.
After inhaling the initial puff, my palate quickly filled with sweet lemon juice, followed by a moderate pepper to taste. After the 3rd puff I experienced a lovely and tangy tastes with a hint of bitterness. Following the fourth puff I noticed that the nicotine had settled nicely into my lungs, presenting me each of the nicotine I had a need to complete the entire session without having to worry about obtaining a bad buzz off of it.
